Hello, I’m Carlette Thigpen, Director of the White Settlement Child Development Center. I’ve been involved in Early Childhood Education for 23 years and have a CDA. “I started in Early Childhood Education and the Head Start Program as a volunteer. From there my interest about the profession grew so that I actively pursued a career in the field.  I get such joy knowing that I’ve assisted families in reaching their goals and their children in gaining a good start on their education.”
