My name is Carolyn Parker, I ihave over 25 years of child development experience with the Head Start Program. I began as a Teacher Assistant in West Texas; I received my CDA and moved up to Teacher. In 1993 I moved to Arlington, TX and began at Tucker CDC and just recently was promoted to Director at the Tucker CDC. I will continue to provide the highest quality child development services to the program and the parents.
