My name is Kim Webb-Busby, and I am the Center Director of East Fort Worth Child Development Center. I have been with Child Care Associates for 15 years.

As a former Head Start child from Los Angeles, California, I started my career with Head Start as a teacher in 1993.  I loved Head Start then, and I still love it now.  I believe my career was predestined in the words of my high school band teacher who said that I would have a career educating children. I attended Kansas State University, majoring in Education. Over the years, I have learned a lot of things and worked with all age groups of children from infants to teenagers. I enjoy my job because I love knowing that I play an important part in molding the lives I touch.
