My name is Mary A. Finley. I began my career with Child Care Associates in 1975 at the East Fort Worth Child Development Center as a Teacher Assistant. Shortly after, I became a Teacher, and then, the Assistant Director. In 1995 I became Center Director at the Fuller Child Development Center.

Through the years, I have empowered myself with all the educational training that CCA offered. My philosophy as an educator is to help my children and their families build a strong sense of self esteem. I use these 10 essential steps daily --
