Professional certification in one of the following: Registered Nurse or other relevant health care credential, maternal and child health. Professional training in nursing or a health related field. Sweep, mop, dust and maintain the center in a clean and sanitary manner. Keep bathrooms in a sanitary manner. Dispose of trash and garbage when necessary. Assist the cook with dishes and maintaining a clean and orderly kitchen. Set up food trays and assist in serving meals and snacks. Assist in proper storage of food, paper products and cleaning supplies. Must have a High school diploma or equivalent plus one year experience in a maintenance operation. A Health Card and Food Handlers Certificate preferred.

Create monitoring schedules to track cases from intake through the payment process. Coordinate with CCPO Director regarding monitoring for Program Services staff activities. Follow directions and guidance of Cluster Director with respect to delivery of disability services. Provide assistance to Center Director in support of Head Start Performance Standards. Provide assistance in recruitment and enrollment of all eligible children including children with special needs. Coordinate schedules and ensure the delivery of services to children, including those with special needs from community agencies and school districts. Arrange services for children with special needs through the Head Start and Early Head Start Programs. Schedule and attend parent conferences/ARD meetings and maintain contact with parents of children with disabilities and/or suspected disabilities during referral, evaluation, and treatment. Maintain an automated database to track services for children with special needs. Provide required reports to Disabilities Coordinator. Arrange transportation for children and parents to required appointments when necessary. Provide staff and parent training on topics related to the Disabilities Services Content Area. Work with staff from other content areas and staff to ensure all appropriate services are provided to all enrolled children. Participate in training sessions and other meetings as necessary. Assist the Disabilities Services Coordinator in the provision of services to children in Head Start Programs, as defined by Head Start Performance Standards. Perform other duties as assigned.
