|
| Administer all facets of child care. Ensure that the authorized daily child development program for Head Start operates effectively and staff-child ratios meet Minimum Standards and Head Start Performance Standards. Use available resources to create and maintain a welcoming, safe center environment. Encourage parent involvement. Requires a Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field with a minimum of five years of experience in a formal childcare setting or a Head Start program. Computer proficiency required. Previous management experience with a staff of five or more.
