Always Leading the Way
Since 1968, Child Care Associates (CCA) has been a major part of Texas’s commitment to early childhood education. Our number one rule was and continues to be:
“Children First. Always.”
Originally called the Day Care Association of Fort Worth and Tarrant County, we began with two centers serving 130 children. Over the decades, we’ve grown to become one of the largest child development nonprofits in Texas. Every year, we reach over 18,000 children through programs like Head Start, Early Head Start, Pre-K, and child care scholarships.
Our whole-child approach focuses not only on education but also health, nutrition, and family support. This makes sure every child who participates in our programs is on a path to a successful future. Child Care Associates continues to support the success of children and families across the community by investing in teachers, quality child care, and better state systems.
