Affordable Child Care

Choosing child care is one of the most important investments a family can make. At CCA, families can feel confident they are choosing affordable, high-quality early learning that supports their child’s growth, school readiness, and daily well-being in a safe, nurturing environment.
CCA works with families to make care as accessible as possible. Because tuition and payment options vary by program, campus, and family circumstances, our team can help parents understand what options are available as they plan for care with confidence.
Financial Support
Flexible Payment Options
For families who may need help paying for child care, financial support may be available through state and local child care subsidies. Some children may also qualify for no-cost or reduced-cost early learning services through national learning programs designed to support school readiness, healthy development, and family well-being.
Because every family’s situation is unique, CCA can help you understand payment options and if eligible, how to begin the process for government-funded assistance. If you’re a working parent or in school, we may be able to help you find ways to pay for child care.

Head Start
We want all young children to succeed for life. That’s why we work with the national Head Start program. This program helps families who need extra support with child care and school. Head Start children grow up to be great learners and make their communities stronger.

Family Coaching
Support in the Comfort of Your Home
Family Coaching empowers parents as their child’s first teacher. This model is especially helpful for expecting families, infants and toddlers, or parents who want support creating strong early learning routines at home.
During weekly 90-minute coaching visits, Family Coaches partner with parents and caregivers on:
- Child development and milestones
- Parenting goals and early learning activities
- Family well-being and school readiness
Prenatal Family Coaching
Families enrolled in the Prenatal Family Coaching program receive visits every two weeks. During each 90-minute visit, program staff meet with the expectant mother and family to provide individualized support based on the family’s needs, questions, strengths, and goals that includes:
- Prenatal education and information to support a healthy pregnancy
- Support with accessing regular prenatal care, health insurance, and community resources
- Information on nutrition, oral health, emotional wellness, safe sleep, and infant care
- Guidance on preparing for childbirth, lactation and breastfeeding, and the transition to parenthood
- Family goal setting and support through the family partnership process
- Referrals to services such as food assistance, housing support, mental health services, and other community programs as needed
- Planning for the baby’s transition into Early Head Start services after birth
