Child Care Associates (CCA) invites the submittal of responses from qualified firms/teams to provide a
combination of Landscape Design-Build (D/B) and Construction Management (CM) for natural, outdoor early
learning environments for four (4) new build locations. This solicitation will follow a two-phase procurement
process. Phase 1 is focused on qualifications and Phase 2 is focused on the proposal and costs.
